Taming the Beast
The next time someone says or does something that upsets you, process thier words to see if there’s validity in what they said. If so, respond accordingly- if not confront them in a calm and unagressive manner. It’s better to respond after you’ve processed their words, which is why reacting can be self-destructive and damaging for all involved. However, if the person persists in being abusive start looking forĀ ways to remove them from your life, because those people never change.
