Psychic Self Defense
The Ancients were adept at psychic warfare, and knew that it was sometimes critical to protect oneself from psychic attack. Many Ancients used golden images- such as golden eggs of light- but the Chinese used silver images to protect themselves. They particualry preferred silver swords and daggers because they believed that silver images reflected the bad energy back to the aggressor. So, next time you feel your under psychic attack, put silver swords up all around you and notice the perceptible sense of security you immediately gain.
